Linda Lenox is an award-winning IT leader with 25+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, and business transformation. As the principal of Ingleby Lenox, LLC, she focuses on ITSM and Service Desk transformation projects, implementation strategies, and strategic interim leadership. An acknowledged thought leader, Linda is a regular contributor to HDI, the creator of the "Disrupting the Desk" series on LinkedIn, and a frequent industry speaker. Formerly the VP of Technical Operations at CURO Financial Technologies, her leadership has been recognized by organizations such as IAW, HDI, Technology Managers Forum and Computerworld. Linda holds an MS in Telecommunications Management and is an ITIL 4 Master, PMP, SRE Practitioner, KCS Practitioner, and holds multiple HDI certifications, such as Certified Support Center Director, and Certified Trainer who remains dedicated to youth mentorship via Junior Achievement USA.
