Don’t let your course or exam registration expire!
Purchase an extension for a fee of $50 which will provide you with an additional 4-weeks for an HDI online course, certification exam, or practice test. Purchasing an extension for an ITIL 4 Foundation exam will provide you with an additional 6 months.
ITIL 4 foundation extensions must be purchased BEFORE your exam voucher expires. If your voucher expires you'll need to purchase a new one.
Additionally, if you took a certification exam and did not pass, you can purchase an exam retake:
- For HDI certification exams, the fee is $99
- For ITIL 4 Foundation exams, the fee is $500, which is for a new voucher only (purchaser must have attended an HDI ITIL 4 Foundation training class)
Please note there is a turnaround of 1 business day from the time of your purchase to the time you can actually use the extension or retake. You'll receive an email notifying you of when it is available to you.
