Deepthi Nagarajan is a seasoned product marketing leader at Freshworks where her team is responsible for driving product marketing and adoption of Freshservice’s ITSM, ESM, and PPM capabilities and influencing and driving demand for Freshservice. Prior to joining Freshworks, Deepthi had extensive experience leading enterprise marketing in the technology sector across companies like IBM, ST Microelectronics, and Wipro Technologies. Most recently, Deepthi spent nine years at IBM honing her craft in global go-to-market strategy and leading various high-performing marketing teams across enterprise content management, cloud collaboration, and the data and AI portfolio of products. When she’s not driving marketing strategy, Deepthi enjoys spending her time outdoors, baking and practicing yoga.
