This PeopleCert® accredited course outlines the ITIL® best practices framework and prepares the participant for the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification exam, a prerequisite for all other ITIL® certifications. This course provides an understanding of the service lifecycle and processes as well as the best and common practices for IT service management.

Certification Exam

Exam included with the public, virtual, or onsite course. All ITIL® exams are administered through PeopleCert, the Axelos-authorized ITIL® examination institute.

Examination Format

All students taking an ITIL® 4 Foundation class will be provided with an exam voucher for a proctored exam with PeopleCert. Students will have 12 weeks in which to schedule and take the certification exam. Learners will sit for a one-hour proctored session. Exams are closed book, and all questions are multiple-choice. Learners need to answer 26 out of 40 questions correctly to pass.
