Certification Exam

The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) exam is included with all courses offered by HDI. All ITIL® exams are administered through PeopleCert, the authorized ITIL® examination institute.

Examination Format

All students taking an ITIL Foundation (Version 5) class will be provided with an exam voucher for a proctored exam with PeopleCert. Students will have 12 weeks in which to schedule and take the certification exam. Learners will sit for a one-hour proctored session. Exams are closed book, and all questions are multiple-choice. The exam is 40 questions and the minimum required score to pass is 65%.
