This award will go to the organization that best leverages its people, processes, and technology to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty for the brand. Organizations that set high standards for customer interactions and instill that culture in their employees will be recognized.
By submitting a completed application, applicants grant HDI the right to publish the application and any images and video, or any portion thereof, as a means of sharing the applicant’s story with the industry and promoting HDI’s products and services.
HDI announces each year’s winner at the HDI Annual Conference & Expo.
Candidates for this award must meet the following criteria:
- Must work for organizations that support any or all IT services
Nominations can come from a variety of sources: self-nomination, peers, direct reports, executives/direct supervisors, etc. HDI does recommend that the nomination process be a joint effort between the nominee and the nominator. This way, the nominee can provide the letter of introduction and input on the various components of the nomination.

The judges will review all nominations and will select the top three finalists based on the following criteria: Phase 1
- Each answer will be rated on a scale of 1-4
Ratings will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Spelling and grammar
- Clear, concise responses
- Clear business communication skills
- Coverage of topics
- Quality of responses
- 15-minute interview with panel of judges. Each finalist will be asked the same questions.
An entry must receive a score of 80% or higher to pass from the first phase to the second phase. The top three finalists will be selected for personal interviews.
